Free Ice Cream – those three words put together are music to my ears! A new Ben & Jerry’s Summer Scoop Shop has recently opened at Harper Hill Commons in Winston-Salem, which is on the corner of Peacehaven and Country Club Roads. This Tuesday, May 12th, is Free Cone Day! Everyone who visits the shop will get a free cup or cone of ice cream and is encouraged to make a donation to Habitat for Humanity of Forsyth County.
Right now, this Ben & Jerry’s location is opening as a seasonal shop for the summer. Although, I bet they’ll hang around longer if we give them enough business! Jamaican Me Crazy Sorbet, here we come! And tell them Triad Smarty Pants sent ya!
