Happy Wednesday! If you are a Demon Deacon fan – or just a college sports fan - then this post is all for you! As a sponsor of today’s event blog, Wake Forest University is inviting all Demon Deacon fans (little fans too!) to Wake Forest's Fan Fest at BB&T Field this Saturday, August 15 at 5 pm, to celebrate Wake Forest fall sports. This free event allows fans to interact with the all the fall sports teams, including football, volleyball, field hockey, men's and women's soccer, and men's and women's cross country. Gates open at 5 p.m., and the teams will be introduced at approximately 6 p.m.
Fans of all ages will have the chance to meet Wake Forest players and coaches, pickup 2009 football posters and schedule cards, take lot of pictures and get autographs. There will be interactive games for kids along with food vendors on hand. Fans will also have the opportunity to purchase season tickets and choose their seats at the event.
