Smarty Scoop on Weekend Events

By Rachel H and Katie M

We are thrilled to help promote one of the most exciting events in the Triad this month! Triad Restaurant Week is an opportunity for you to try out a new restaurant or visit an old favorite at an affordable, reasonable price, while also supporting the region’s local restaurants. Participating restaurants will offer special three-course dinners as a way to encourage dining out. The restaurants will offer complete meals at either $20 or $30, depending on the menu selection. They will offer this fixed price menu that includes three courses: an appetizer, an entrĂ©e and dessert. (Tax and gratuity are not included.)

Triad Restaurant Week will officially unveil its list of participating local restaurants on November 13, but TSP has an inside scoop on a few restaurants that will be participating. In Greensboro, you may be excited to hear that Print Works Bistro, Green Valley Grill, and Marisol will be part of Triad Restaurant Week, and in Winston-Salem you can count on Mozelle's and Bleu. I am already so excited! Check the official website www.TriadRestaurantWeek.com on Thursday evening or Friday morning to see the entire list of restaurants that will be participating in this event. The best news is that you will have 10 days to take advantage of Triad Restaurant Week. It runs from November 13-22nd. Get your sitters lined up and enjoy an evening out!
