Smarty Scoop on Weekend Events
By Katie M
Hello Smarties, and Happy Wednesday!
I feel a little like the cat that swallowed the canary because while this weekend is looking good for events, TOMORROW is looking FABULOUS for all our Smarty newsletter subscribers! But I can't tell you why until you log on tomorrow. You won't BELIEVE what we have in store for you in terms of a Mother's Day Give-Away prize. All of us at Triad Smarty Pants have been working so hard to make this Give-Away extra special, and it makes me want to quit my day job and register! Of course we can't do that, but YOU all can - and you are OH SO LUCKY. So, check us out tomorrow and be sure to register (first for our newsletter so you'll be eligible, then register for our give-away)!!
In other news, we all love ice cream, right? Well Baskin Robbins is hosting a 31 Cent Scoop Night tonight its locations in honor of America's firefighters. Baskin Robbins is donating $100,000 to the National Volunteer Fire Council (NVFC) National Junior Firefighter Program. Participating stores will reduce prices of small ice cream scoops to 31 cents. At some locations, you may also have an opportunity to make a donation to local fire charities. Scoops are available between 5 pm and 10 pm tonight. So go on and get you some scoops, Smarties!
